HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION IS OUR PASSION

From start to finish, each project is different.

We put special emphasis and focus on unique issues:

Through the years, Cole Company Inc. has worked with many not-for-profit organizations that are passionate about saving their historic building by restoring it for a renewed purpose. Often these organizations are run by volunteers and depend on public and private funds to meet their goal. COLE has developed a patient and thoughtful approach to coordinate all the pieces to most closely reach the intent of the project. Anticipating surprises, knowing policy and government rules about using public funds, and careful reviewing of scope at multiple stages throughout the schedule work to keep all in line to finish successfully.
