This provides valuable guidance to our clients and design team early on in the project when modifications can be easily made to keep project on budget.

Cost Control

We establish Master Budget reports outlining all project costs and pending changes for a complete total project cost report. Our transparent approach to costs is one of the areas that set us apart from others.


Creating realistic schedules provides a baseline for all to follow. This includes both design phase and construction phase schedules. Project costs are directly related to schedules.

Constructability Reviews

We overview the means and methods of construction for each of our client projects. This includes examining all contract documents and site conditions and identifying items that may be in conflict with trade practices or material limitations and availability.

Value Engineering

We review each client design with an eye toward cost saving. Through this process, we connect with our clients’ trades people and designers to ensure both material availability and consistency with the integrity of the original design.

Controlled Inspections

Provide skilled tradesmen and engineers to work with design team to extract samples and make probes and controlled inspections of existing building fabric.

Construction Approach

Many of our projects utilize the Design / Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach which brings all team members together early on in the project for an enhanced coordination and design experience. As construction managers and builders we have the tools required to create a plan that best suits each project.

Insurance Claims and Assessments

We work on behalf of our clients as an independent evaluator to review insurance claims and provide valuable advice which is backed up by our experience and cost estimating to get the highest settlement possible.


We assess what permits are required for each project, prepare documentation and procure all permits. We also review local zoning regulations for conformance with building/site designs.
